Shangri-la wanted a different take on their equally resplendent dumplings for the upcoming DragonBoat festival. Something that paid homage to Chinese heritage whilst remaining relevant.

 

We decided to give it a ‘neon lights of old Shanghai’ treatment, bringing flavors like summer ice dumplings and XO Sauce Parma Ham Foie Gras Roasted Chicken Rice Dumpling, to light (pun intended!). Both client & recipients loved the end results.
